FonePal's Terms And Conditions:

  • These terms and conditions are written for you; so its your own responsibility to read, acknowledge and understand our T&C, before you confirm that you consent and agree to be bound by it, when you send your mobile phone to us in order to sell it or repair it.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that you consent to us to use your personal information such as your name, bank details, address, email, telephone number and your mobile phone’s details such as IMEI, in order to process your order.
  • You confirm that you acknowledge and accept that we may get in-touch with you regarding any question related to your order, either via email or telephone, in order to allow us to process your mobile phone trade in or repair service.
  • You accept and confirm that the quoted value of the mobile phone you’re selling or repairing may not be the final value and may be subject to change based on the condition of the mobile phone and whether you have selected the right condition at the check out.
  • You confirm that the details of the mobile phone you intend to sell or repair must match the make, the model, the network your mobile is locked to if you’re selling your phone, the fault type if you’re repairing and the condition of your mobile phone, this details must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Otherwise the quoted value of your phone may change or the contract is no longer binding.
  • You confirm and acknowledge that, the Prices you see on our website may be subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and may withdraw any offers at any time without notice.

  • Lost or damaged Item, we’ll not be liable for any postal lose or damage done to your phone while on its way to us. By sending us your phone, you agree that you will be liable for any damages or lose occurred as a result. Therefore we strongly advise you to carefully pack your phone against the danger of being damaged and post it using either first class signed for or specially delivery if you’re sending your phone yourself and take a note of or keep your postal receipt or your postal tracking number. For insurance related matters.

Trade-in terms and conditions.

  • You confirm that you have backed up, erased your mobile, cancelled your contract, removed the I cloud, SIM Card and any personal data from the mobile phone you intended to sell, as we will not be liable for any lost related to this matter under any circumstances.
  • In case you did send us a mobile phone that is an I cloud locked, network blocked, reported as missing/stolen or black listed by any third party; We’ll hand it over to the police and we will not be held responsible for any charges occurs as a result.
  • You confirm and accept that you may only get paid the quoted initial value in full if the phone you’re selling have been received within the 14 days from the day you have placed your order and it is in the same stated condition.
  • You confirm that you accept and agree that we may revise the initial value of your phone if we didn’t received it with the 14 days from the day you have placed your order or if the description of your phone does not matches the condition on the form when you placed your order, in this case we’ll give you a revised offer with a final value of your phone and you have the right to either accept our offer or decline it and have your phone returned back to you at your own cost.
  • We may revise the value of your phone for any other reason that we think will have an imapct on your device's value.
  • We may ask you for a prove of ID for high value mobile phones
  • We’ll make a payments within 3 working days from the date we have received your phone using your chosen method of payment provided that our conditions have been met.

We buy and accept mobile phones in the following conditions:

Condition #1 Good or working mobile condition;

You confirm and accept that when you sell your mobile phone as good or working that your mobile’s condition must match the following:

  • Powers on
  • Fully functional
  • No dent, scratches or shades on the screen, the case or the cameras
  • No faults with the home button, battery, vibrator, network antenna or Wifi issues
  • Clear sound from ear speaker, loud speaker
  • Must not be icloud locked or network blocked
  • Not reported as missing or stolen or blacklisted
  • Fully intact and comes with all of the components

Condition #2: broken mobile condition; You confirm and accept that when you sell your mobile phone as broken phone that your mobile must be powering on and fully functional but may have one of the minor faults below:

  • Minor dent, scratches or shades on the screen or the cameras
  • broken screen/Lcd
  • Faulty home button, battery, vibrator, network antenna or Wifi issues
  • Sound faults with the ear speaker or loud speaker
  • Must not be icloud locked or network blocked
  • Not reported as missing or stolen or blacklisted
  • Fully intact and comes with all of the components

Condition #3: Damaged mobile condition;

You confirm and accept that when you sell your mobile phone as damaged phone that your mobile may have one of the major faults below:

  • Not powering on
  • Not Fully functional
  • Major dent, scratches on the case
  • Major faults with, network antenna or Wifi issues
  • Major audio jack problem
  • Must not be icloud locked or network blocked
  • Not reported as missing or stolen or blacklisted
  • Fully intact and comes with all of the components

Note:
We might not be able to provide you with a pre final value for the damaged mobile phone because we test each damaged mobile phone individually and you will get a quote once we have our hand on your damaged phone.

Postal options, there’s three options to choose from;

  • Post your phone yourself free of charge, remember you will still have to pay the returncharges, the return charges will vary depends on the type of the postal service you choose toget your mobile phone returned to you.

Postal package send to your address for small fee;

  • You confirm and accept that you will be charged a postal and home collection related feesand make sure to check how much money each postal option cost you and you happy with itbefore you can place your order.

Warranty:

  • The 12 Month warranty will cover the repaired parts only, provided that the fault is not a man made faults, for example when you drop your phone and break its screen on this case you won’t get covered by the 12 Month warranty even if we did fix your broken screen less than 12 Months ago. Otherwise you’ll have to pay for it, but you can get 10% discount as a returned customer.

Express repair;

  • You may ask to get your phone repaired as soon as possible but you’ll have to pay additional fees. Get in touch if you would like to know how much is the express repair will cost you to get your phone repaired.
